Honor Foods, a Burris Logistics Company, Acquires Sommer Maid Creamery

Burris Logistics is proud to announce that our foodservice redistribution brand has acquired Sommer Maid Creamery, a redistribution company with dairy expertise. This transaction closed on June 10th, 2022. This exciting news comes on the heels of continued Honor Foods growth, both in reach and reputation as the premier foodservice redistributor in the Mid-Atlantic. Honor Foods expanded its warehouse with a state-of-the-art building in 2021, and further engaged its partners with a new website in 2022. Sommer Maid joins Honor Foods expanding its dairy expertise and providing greater reach into the Southeast.
