Luis Diaz is a Sales Coordinator at R.W. Zant. He began his career with the company in 2018, starting in the warehouse as an order puller. During his early years, he also supported the office by scheduling PO appointments. After about three years, his familiarity with the system and willingness to help led him to take on a temporary role on the customer service graveyard shift. When the opportunity arose to take the position full-time, he accepted and worked the overnight shift for over a year.
His dedication and adaptability didn’t go unnoticed. When a position opened in the sales department, he was offered the role—and for the past four years, he has thrived as a Sales Coordinator. Throughout his journey, he has built strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and becoming someone they can count on day in and day out.
